If you found yourself here you are probably experiencing one of the hardest emotions to process: rejection. However, you are not alone (even if you feel that way). Whether via a heartbreak or job loss, no human being will make it through childhood and adulthood without having to face rejection at some point. While we all experience rejection, many people feel incredibly alone and unwanted as they have this shared experience of loss.
What we often don’t see when processing rejection is the opportunity it offers for us to grow. From strengthening ourselves to reflecting on our patterns and making better choices, there are many healthy ways that we can deal with the grief of losing a relationship. That’s why I’m excited to share my knowledge on how to deal with rejection. Because much like life and death rejection is also a cycle of loss that can lead to growth.
